What Are You Doing BT?
I’ve been trying to use BT’s contact page at http://www2.bt.com/personal/contactus since last night to get back to them after their last call to me got disconnected.
The link doesn’t work!
My gran asked me to cancel her BT telephone account at her home as she doesn’t use it any more. I used BT’s contact form to send a message to BT and the contact form worked then. BT called me back yesterday and to confirm the disconnection but the call got cut-off (they could have had the courtesy to call me back).
Anyway, I’ve been trying to contact them again from their website but the bloody contact page doesn’t work. I understand that things go wrong, but BT’s a huge organisation with many resources. Why can’t they see that their contact page doesn’t work and fix it.
All I can do is keep trying.
